At DreamLine, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all home decor and furniture items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your DreamLine account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding and hardware components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
